Winchfield Festival presents two new concerts for Autumn in St Mary’s Church, RG27 8DB

Bach Cello Suites 1-6

In support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal

Raphael Wallfisch, one of the world’s most celebrated cellists, will perform all six of Bach’s Unaccompanied Cello Suites in two recitals at St Mary’s Church, Winchfield.  At the beginning of each recital Raphael will discuss the Suites and explain their place at the pinnacle of the cello repertoire.  http://www.raphaelwallfisch.com

The proceeds of this concert will be used to provide support to Ukraine via the Disasters Emergency Committee (Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal)

Recital 1: Saturday 30^th September at 6pm:   Suites 1-3

Recital 2: Sunday 1^st October  at 6pm:  Suites 4-6  

‍Tickets will go on sale soon: £25 each or £40 for both concerts. Under 21s: £10. Tickets will include refreshments served during the interval.
